Whole Time Equivalent Calculator. Divide this figure by the number of actual hours that the staff member worked in the year, and the resulting figure will be their notional whole time equivalent salary. The fte / wte entered in trac must be less than or equal to the fte / wte against the position number in the electronic staff record (esr).

The calculator below calculates fte in two ways. Now you need to multiply the whole time. 52 x 30 = 1,560 hours.
30 Hour A Week Employee:
